What is happening?
The Google Merchant Center connector is unable to retrieve "Market Insights" data because the feature has not been activated within the Merchant Center platform.

Why did this happen?
This error typically occurs when the connection is established, but the specific Market Insights reporting module is inactive. Common causes include:
Feature Not Activated: The "Market Insights" program has not been opted into within Google Merchant Center.
Insufficient Permissions: The user who connected the account may not have had the administrative rights to activate this program at the time of setup.
Follow these steps to resolve the issue:

Navigate to External Platform: Log in to your Google Merchant Center account.
Locate the Section: In the left-hand navigation menu, click on Products.
Action: Select Popular products. Look for a prompt or button labeled Enable market insights and click it.
Verify: Return to Alvie and wait 2–5 minutes (or trigger a manual refresh) for the status to turn Healthy (Green).

Check Permissions: Ensure the person managing the Alvie connection remains an admin in Merchant Center.
Program Status: Periodically check the "Growth" or "Manage Programs" section in Merchant Center to ensure Market Insights remains active.
