This error occurs when ‘Market Insights’ has not been enabled within the given Merchant Center account that you are trying to pull data from, resulting in the following error:
Error: Market Insights is not enabled in the Merchant Center account.
How to resolve this error
Important: The steps below will only work if you are an administrator of the account.
Confirm that you are an administrator of the given Merchant Center account
Go to the given Merchant center account and click on “Products”
Click “Popular products”
Click the “Enable market insights” button that should be displayed on the page
