As we strive to provide the most accurate and insightful data, we periodically update the reporting solutions in Alive. Consequently, some of the reports you are currently using may be scheduled for deprecation. However, there is no need to worry. Please read below to learn what to do if you have a report type that is being deprecated.

1. How to Identify a deprecated report

First, it is important to identify which of your reports are scheduled for deprecation. On the page of your specific report, you will see a banner like the one below:

The deprecation schedule section at the end of this page provides a list of reports that are due to be deprecated, along with their respective deprecation dates.

2. How to replace a deprecated report

If you have an active report in your workspace that is scheduled for deprecation, you should start working on migrating it. Under each report type in the Deprecation Schedule below, you can find tips for the next steps for the specific report. Common to all is that these reports will be deleted on the deprecation date.

This means you will need to manually create a new report if, for example, the deprecation is due to a new version of the report type being available.
