When creating a Pinterest data source, a connection is made with a Pinterest Ads Account. Specifically, an API endpoint is used to retrieve all Ad Accounts that the authenticated Pinterest account has access to.
Connecting Pinterest data sources to Alvie
To create a Pinterest data source:
Go to Pinterest Ads.
Open the account dropdown menu in the top right corner.
Browse the list of Ad Accounts available to the Pinterest account you are signed in with.
In Alvie, go to Data Sources → Connect New Data Source.
Select Pinterest from the list.
Select the Pinterest login credentials. These credentials should provide access to the same Ad Accounts seen in step 3.
After connecting the Pinterest account, select the Ad Accounts you want to connect to Alvie.
