A: This is almost always a mismatch between your ad naming convention and your rule. The text in the WHEN condition must exactly match the string used in your ad names, including capitalisation and spacing.

A: If not all Facebook ads are showing, there’s a high probability that you didn’t opt in to include all pages. In Alvie when adding your Facebook account, it will ask you what pages it will give access to. Then you go back to data sources and re-authenticate and make sure to include all pages. Q: Why am I missing a conversion event for Meta?

Q: Why am I not seeing a drop down option when doing filtering on my custom groupings like concept, channel?
A: First select the “add filters” option. Once you’ve chosen what you want to filter by under the “create filter conditions” option select “is one of” operator and under the value you should see a drop down with the options you have included as part of your custom grouping (ex. Concept 1, concept 2, Concept 3).
Q: Why is my filtering not working?
A: Switch between for example “Contains” or “Exactly matches”.
Q:Why can’t I deselect all ads in my list?
A: They might have ended up on a different page of results, add more result rows to the page or look for the pre-selected ads on a different page.
