The Recommendations page is where you can explore, track, and act on all active recommendations in your workspace. It’s designed to help you stay on top of issues and opportunities across platforms, balancing high-level trends and detailed, actionable items.

The page is divided into three key sections:

1. Overview of recommendation types (top left)

This section gives you a summary of current recommendations across severity levels:

  • Active recommendations – total number currently open.

  • Severity breakdown – colour-coded bars show how many are Critical (red), Moderate (orange), and Low (blue).

  • Comparison to a month ago – track progress or regression in how well you’re addressing recommendations over time.

💡 This is helpful for understanding workload, urgency, and whether your team is trending in the right direction.

2. Recommendation trends over time (top right)

This area visualises how recommendations have evolved over the past few days:

  • Each line represents one severity level (Critical, Moderate, Low).

  • You can easily see spikes or declines — ideal for spotting periods of increased underperformance or validating improvements after optimisations.

Use this section to evaluate the impact of recent campaign changes or process improvements.

3. Individual recommendation list (bottom)

This is where the real work happens.

Each item in the list includes:

  • Recommendation title and issue type

  • Affected accounts/campaigns

  • Severity level

  • Assignee (if someone is responsible)

  • Status (e.g. Unresolved, Ongoing, Ignored)

You can:

  • Click the row to open the full details

  • Use the three-dot menu to edit the recommendation

  • Update status or assignee directly from this view

💡 You can also filter and search to find specific recommendation types, statuses, or platforms using the “Add filters” button at the top.
