High Query Volume: Too many reports or dashboards are requesting data simultaneously.
Redundant Connectors: Multiple connectors in Alvie are fetching the same data set.
External Tools: Other applications (like Looker Studio or custom scripts) are using the same API credentials and consuming the shared quota.
Granular Data Requests: Fetching data with very high granularity (e.g., hourly) or over extremely long date ranges.
Follow these steps to resolve the issue:
Navigate to Settings: Go to the Connectors tab in your Alvie dashboard.
Locate the Source: Identify all connectors using the affected data source (e.g., all GA4 connectors).
Action: Audit and optimize your data requests:
Remove Duplicates: Delete any connectors that retrieve the same data.
Audit External Tools: Check for unused Looker Studio dashboards or Google Sheets add-ons linked to the same account.
Delete Unused Pulls: Disable any scheduled reports or data extractions that are no longer needed.
