Why did this happen?
This error typically occurs when a dependent service cannot initiate because its prerequisite data source or connector failed. Common causes include:
Prerequisite Failure: One or more upstream connectors encountered an error during the sync process.
Sync Timing: The reporting solution attempted to trigger before the prerequisite data was fully available or validated.
Follow these steps to resolve the issue:
Navigate to Connectors: Open the Detailed Status popup or the status dashboard in Alvie.
Locate the Source: Identify which prerequisite connectors are linked to this reporting solution.
Action: If a prerequisite shows an error, resolve that specific connector's issue first. If all prerequisites now show a successful status, click the Rerun or Retry button on the failed reporting solution.
Verify: Once the rerun is triggered, monitor the status for 2–5 minutes to ensure it transitions to Healthy (Green).

Sequence Check: Always ensure upstream connectors are authorized and functional before triggering dependent reporting solutions.
