What is happening?
A dependent service is failing to execute because the prerequisite Reporting Solutions are currently in progress or have not yet updated their status to completed.
Error: One or more Reporting Solutions are still running. Please wait until they finish running and try again.
Why did this happen?
This error typically occurs when there is an active processing job in the data pipeline. Common causes include:
In-Progress Calculation: The Reporting Solution is processing large volumes of data and has not yet finalized.
Dependency Chain: Multiple Reporting Solutions are linked, and an upstream report is taking longer than expected to complete.
Solution Follow these steps to resolve the issue:
Navigate to Settings: Open the Detailed Status popup in your Alvie dashboard.
Locate the Source: Review the list of Reporting Solutions to see which ones are still displaying a "Running" icon.
Action: Wait for all prerequisite Reporting Solutions to finish. If the detailed status popup shows that everything has successfully finished running:
Verify: Simply try rerunning the configuration for the failing service. The issue should resolve, and the status should turn Healthy (Green).

Monitor High-Volume Reports: For reports handling millions of rows, allow for extra buffer time in your data workflow.
