When everything is working smoothly, the Home page displays as explained here.

There is a possibility that some sections of the home page may appear empty. There are several reasons for this and ways to fix it.

1. The Home page needs to be set up

When you first join Alvie and nothing is set up in your workspace, performance data cannot be displayed on the Home page. Therefore, you will see a screenshot like the one provided below:

To display performance data on the Home page, you need to adjust the settings as explained here.

2. No data available for the Home page

If you see the Home page as shown in the screenshot below, it means that although everything is set up correctly, no data matches the conditions set for the Home page filters you have selected.

To fix this, you need to follow these steps:

  1. Check your filters to ensure you are not filtering out all data.

  2. Review your conversion actions to make sure you’re not selecting conversions with no data.

  3. If none of the above works, you can reach out to Alvie support for help.

3. Loading data takes some time

If you see the Home page as shown in the screenshot below, it may mean that you have recently set up everything required for the Home page. However, it takes time for the data to start coming in and for the calculations to be completed.

To fix this, you don’t need to do anything further. Simply check the Home page after some time. Performance data will be calculated and displayed according to your settings.

4. An error occurred, and we know the problem

Sometimes, things can go wrong. The good news is that it is fixable.

As a result, you may see the Home page in the state shown in the screenshot below:

To fix it:

  1. Check the type of error you have. An explanation will be provided in the block where performance data is not shown.

  2. Follow the provided instructions to resolve the error.

5. An error occurred, and we are unsure of the problem

An error occurred, and we are unsure of the cause.

Since this is an unknown error, there is no direct way to fix it. Please try accessing the Home page again later. If the issue persists, please reach out to Alvie support.
