You can easily access all created connectors from the overview page. To access the overview page, follow these steps:

  1. Go to the left-hand menu.

  2. Select Data and reporting.

  3. Choose Connectors.

Once you land on the connectors overview page, you will find a list of all the created connectors. From this page, you can take various actions, as explained below:

On the connectors overview page, you can find the following information:

  • Connector name

  • Type of report used

  • Data source

  • Last edited details (when and by whom)

  • Status of the report

You can filter and sort the table of connectors using these parameters.

Furthermore, specific actions for each connector can be accessed through the 'More' menu, indicated by three dots on the right side of each connector.

1. How to edit a connector

If you want to access a connector and make changes, you can follow these steps:

  1. Click on the 'More' menu.

  2. Choose 'Edit configuration'.

Alternatively, you can simply click on the card with the required connector name.

By doing so, you will be taken to the same flow as during the connector setup, where you can easily update the required values.

Please keep in mind that not all fields in the connector are available for editing. If you need to edit fields that aren’t available, we recommend creating a new connector using the copy function (see p.2 below, 'How to copy a connector').

2. How to copy a connector

If you want to copy a connector’s configuration and make changes more quickly, follow these steps:

  1. Click on the 'More' menu.

  2. Choose 'Copy configuration'.

As soon as you perform this action, the new connector creation flow will open with all the settings copied from the parent connector.

3. How to pause a connector

If you want to pause a connector, you can follow these steps:

  1. Click on the 'More' menu.

  2. Choose 'Pause configuration'.

As soon as you perform this action, the connector will be paused.

4. How to activate a connector

Activation is only required if a connector was created and saved as a draft or if it has been paused.

To activate a connector, follow these steps:

  1. Click on the 'More' menu.

  2. Choose 'Activate configuration'.

Once you have completed these steps, your connector will be activated and it will start running.

The same applies if you have paused a connector for any reason and want to activate it again.

5. How to run a connector immediately

In addition to scheduled connector updates, there is an option to run a connector immediately.

To run a connector immediately, follow these steps:

  1. Click on the 'More' menu.

  2. Choose 'Run now'.

Once you have completed these steps, your connector will be triggered to run immediately.

6. How to view the detailed status of a connector

If you want to view the detailed status of your connector, you can do so by following these steps:

  1. Click on the 'More' menu.

  2. Choose 'View detailed status'.

This will open a pop-up window displaying the detailed status of your connector.

7. How to access the BigQuery table for a connector

If you want to access the BigQuery table for a connector, follow these steps:

  1. Click on the 'More' menu.

  2. Choose 'Go to table in BigQuery'.

This will open the corresponding table in BigQuery.

8. How to reconnect data source

There may be various reasons why you need to reconnect a data source. For example, you might have lost access to the data source or need to connect using a different account.

If you need to reconnect a data source once again for any reasons, you can follow these steps:

  1. Click on the 'More' menu.

  2. Choose 'Reconnect data source'.

9. How to delete a connector

If you need to delete a connector, you can do so by following these steps:

  1. Click on the 'More' menu.

  2. Choose 'Delete configuration'.

Once you click on that option in the menu, a pop-up will appear. Simply follow the steps explained in the pop-up to delete a connector.
